The 3-Step Framework to Land Your First Client

A repeatable process that helped me go from zero to paying clients in two weeks.

Landing your first coaching client feels impossible. I remember cold DMs and crickets. But I cracked the code when I stopped trying to sell and started solving a specific problem for one person. Here's the framework.

Step 1: Find one person in your network who has a problem you can solve. Offer to help them for free in exchange for a testimonial. Step 2: Document the process and results. Step 3: Use that case study to pitch the next person with a similar problem.

I did this with a friend who was struggling with time management. After two sessions, she saved 10 hours a week. She referred me to three others. Within two weeks, I had my first paying client at $500. Rinse and repeat.
